Practice Managers track the status of all their submitted design requests. Cards show request type, submission date, current status, estimated time remaining, and available actions. Filters separate active work from completed history.

Best for: Practice Managers who want to see the full pipeline status of each request at a glance. The 4-dot timeline gives immediate progress context. Orange highlighting on the clarification card creates urgency to respond. Scales well up to 5-8 active requests before scrolling becomes an issue.

Best for: Visually-oriented users who want to see the pipeline flow at a glance. The Kanban layout makes the studio workflow tangible — requests physically move left to right. The empty "Submitted" and "Proof Ready" columns reinforce that the studio is processing work efficiently. However, this layout is less space-efficient than the table view when the completed list grows long. A "List View" toggle is provided for users who prefer density.
