Phase B: Patient metrics (call conversion, recall rate, production) available when activated
Scorecard Grid is the most scannable layout -- each metric gets its own visual card with color-coded status. The color indicators (green/yellow/red) let Lisa assess her day in under 2 seconds. Trade-off: limited space per card means no room for explanatory text or trend data. Works best for Phase A's small metric set (4 items); would need redesign for Phase B's expanded metrics.

Checklist

Vertical list with checkmarks and expandable detail per item. Tapping a row reveals context (when it was completed, how it compared to target). Feels like completing a to-do list -- satisfying closure.

Phase B: Patient metrics available when activated
Checklist leverages the psychological satisfaction of completion -- Lisa sees green checkmarks accumulate throughout the day. Each row carries context (when, how, what) that the grid layout can't show. The partial indicator (orange dash) for captures is a gentle nudge without being punitive. Trade-off: less visual impact than the grid, and the vertical list requires more scrolling as Phase B adds metrics.

Radial Summary

Central score dial (similar to H-Score ring) with surrounding metric badges arranged around it. Creates a cohesive visual where individual metrics connect to the overall daily performance.

Tomorrow's Huddle
Focus: Verbal Handoffs
Phase B: Patient metrics coming soon
Radial Summary creates a visual metaphor: the central "day quality" is the sun, individual metrics orbit around it. This mirrors the H-Score ring from the morning view, creating a consistent visual language (ring = composite score). Trade-off: the radial layout is harder to parse quickly than a grid, and the satellite badges are small on 375px screens. Detail breakdown row at bottom compensates with a scannable text fallback. Best if animation brings badges in one-by-one for delight.
