Calendar Focus leverages the "don't break the chain" visual psychology -- a wall of green cells with one gray gap is powerfully motivating. The heatmap is the most scannable way to show 30 days of data. Weekend cells are dimmed (huddles are weekday-only). Trade-off: the topic list is below the fold and may not get attention. If focus topic review is important, consider moving it higher or using Variation C (timeline).

Streak Hero makes the emotional payoff the hero of the page. The 84-day number at 64px is impossible to miss and creates pride. The compact 14-day bar replaces the full calendar grid, saving vertical space. Stats row adds credibility (staff attendance, duration, topic count). Trade-off: less calendar detail means Lisa can't quickly identify which specific days were missed. The "View all" expandable list keeps topic history accessible without cluttering the celebration-focused layout.

Timeline

Vertical timeline with each day as a node, color-coded by completion status. Expandable nodes reveal the focus topic and attendee count. Reads like a journal of the practice's huddle journey.

Timeline tells the story of the practice's huddle journey chronologically. Each node shows the date, topic, and detail -- making it easy to review what was covered and when. The today node has a blue glow/ring to mark the current position. Missed days appear faded with a gray dot. Trade-off: no calendar overview (can't see the month at a glance), and the timeline takes more vertical space per entry than a compact list. Best when Lisa needs to review specific past topics rather than assess overall consistency.
